How the Training Centre works

  1. 01Sign in

Use your permanent volunteer number and the email or phone you registered with. Staff use their staff login.

  2. 02Learn

Work through short, sequential modules with a knowledge check at the end of each one — progress saves automatically.

  3. 03Get assessed

Pass a randomised final assessment (80–85%) scored by the Foundation's system, then sign the course declarations.

  4. 04Get certified

Receive a numbered PDF certificate with a QR code anyone can verify online. Renew before it expires.

Certified courses

Level 1 is required for every volunteer and staff member. Level 2 and 3 courses are assigned according to your role and need an active Level 1 certificate first. Training confirms completion — it never grants organisational authority.
