Companies, NGOs, government bodies and individuals. Register as a Job Partner, accept the partnership agreement, and submit openings. Approved partners become official Employment Partners of the Foundation.

Partner submits a job
A company, NGO or individual registers as a Job Partner and submits an opening (title, location, type, pay, requirements, deadline).

Foundation staff review every offer. Nothing is published; no volunteer applies directly.

Staff search verified volunteers
Staff filter verified, currently unemployed volunteer job-seekers by skills, location and experience.

Candidates selected
Staff select the most suitable candidate(s). The volunteer is notified by email, SMS and in their portal.

Partner introduced
The partner sees the candidate's profile and CV, and both sides receive each other's contact details.
Only verified Foundation volunteers who are marked unemployed can be selected.
Every job offer goes through staff — there are no direct applications.
