This is the Foundation's target allocation policy for unrestricted giving, not audited historical expenditure. Restricted gifts go 100% to the named project. Actual expenditure is published in the financial summaries as each year is closed.

Restricted gifts: donations to a named programme or project are kept for that purpose. Where a project receives more funding than required, any permitted surplus may be redirected to a closely related verified need according to the Foundation's donation policy and the donor's restrictions.
